All the apartments are throughly cleaned in line with Government Guidelines and the Professional Association of Self-Caterers UK.

Both properties have been Risk Assessed and have been given the "We're Good to Go!" by Visit Britain.

• All bed linen is sent to a laundry company and mattress and pillow protectors are changed on every changeover!
• All kitchen items are dishwashed/washed at every changeover
• Hand Sanitiser is provided either in the hallway or in the apartment
• Hand Wash is provided in every apartment
• Signage has been installed to remind you to Wash Your Hands
• Signage has been installed to Keep Your Distance
• A professional cleaning spray & cloths are left for the guests to use during their stay

We have heavily invested in Ramsol; basically anything that cannot be washed/moved is sprayed!

The deposit of 25% is due at time of booking, plus any extras, the balance is then due eight weeks prior to arrival.  You will be sent a reminder for this by email.

We accept all major credit & debit cards.   Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or bank transfers.

Your apartment will be ready for occupation from 4pm. 

Well behaved indoor kept dogs are welcome to stay!   All dogs must be up to date with Flea & Worming treatments. We do charge a fee of £20 per dog (Max. 2 dogs) Please add when making your booking.

We are a pet friendly establishment and will accept well behaved dogs and small caged animals with prior agreement.

We do allow group bookings, although we deter single sex groups (Stag & hen)unless they are an organised surf or activity break.

Throughout the year our changeover days are Monday and Friday; this is to allow short break bookings as well as weekly ones!
Short breaks - Midweek Monday to Friday 4 nights and Weekend Friday to Monday 3 nights!
However only during the school summer period, we have some units available for weekly bookings from Sunday to Sunday!

Directions to both Southover and Southover Beach will also be included in your arrival details.

All the apartments now have one free parking space, due to vehicles increasing in size and parking spaces staying the same.

Parking is available from 4pm on day of arrival until 10am on your day of departure.

Southover Beach is approx 200 meters from the town. Southover View is located one level up and is approx 500 meters walk down to the town.

Babies are welcome, additional items such as cots, highchairs & baby baths can be selected when you book (subject to availability).

Southover Beach is just opposite Woolacombe Beach about 1 hundred meters and Southover View is about 5 hundred meters from the beach.

There are Three ATM's in the town, located in the following places;

• Outside the chemist (opposite Londis)
• Inside Londis - West Road
• South Street

Southover Beach has 520 sq. metres of terraced gardens with built in barbeques and a number of spaced out patios with tables and seating.

The Southover Garden Apartment has garden access and a large deck.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments, access details are located within the apartment.

All Apartments have a DVD player & Freesat in everyroom.  Freesat is the same as Freeview, but we get better reception with a satelitte dish than with an aerial.
